Transform the Globe is written and compiled by Scott and Emily Armstrong. We have served as missionaries with the Church of the Nazarene since August 2003 and we have two wonderful children: Elijah and Sydney.
We each have graduated with a B.S. from Olivet Nazarene University and a M.Div. from Nazarene Theological Seminary. During our missions adventure we have lived in Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, and now the Dominican Republic. However, through our current regional ministries, Global Mission and GENESIS, we work and travel in 32 different countries around the Mesoamerica Region, as well.
Global Mission seeks to discover, develop, and deploy missionaries from our region to the world. GENESIS seeks to make Christlike disciples in the urban centers of Mesoamerica, especially through equipping the Church to be missional and send its own missionaries.
Emily enjoys cooking, learning new hobbies (playing the piano and crocheting), eating ice cream, and hosting parties.
Scott’s passions are Christ and his mission, family, sports, and good food – in that order.
